Effective date: November 4, 2026
This policy covers moldremediationmodesto.com, a free request service operated by Sea Summit Solutions and Trading, a registered Florida business name. It explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
Only what you type into the request form: your name, phone number, street or area, the type of help you need, and any details you add. We do not ask for payment details, and we do not create accounts.
Like any website, our web host may log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
How we use it and who we share it with
We use your request only to answer it. We pass it to one independent, local mold remediation contractor who serves your area, so they can contact you about your request. Categories of third parties who receive your information: (1) that one local mold remediation contractor; (2) our form processor, Web3Forms, which delivers the form to our email; (3) our email provider, which stores the message.
We do not sell your details to data brokers or list sellers, and we do not send them to multiple companies.
Reviewing, changing or deleting your information
To review, correct or delete the information you sent, send a new request through the form on this site with the words "privacy request" in the details box and tell us what you want done. We will act on it and confirm within 30 days.
Do Not Track and third-party tracking
This site does not track you across other websites, so browser "Do Not Track" signals do not change how it works. We do not allow other parties to collect information about your online activity over time and across other websites through this site.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept only as long as needed to answer them and keep a basic business record, and are deleted on request.
California residents
This policy is written to meet the California Online Privacy Protection Act (Business and Professions Code sections 22575-22579). California residents may ask what information we hold about them and ask for it to be deleted, using the contact method below.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will update this page and its effective date at the top.
